Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
At Vastu Labh, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to offer a flexible and customer-friendly return policy. We welcome replacements under the following terms:

Our return policy is applicable within 7 days from receipt of the product. T&C Apply.

If a customer decides not to accept the order, they may return it.

If an incorrect product has been dispatched and does not match the item selected during order confirmation.

If the product is received in a damaged condition.

Breakages
If your product is damaged during transit, please share a picture of the product via WhatsApp at the number below, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Important: Please retain the original packaging with any foam and cushioning inside for safe return shipping, even if the product is broken, for reference purposes.
Cancellation
At Vastu Labh, we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you wish to cancel an order for any reason, please write to us at contact@vastulabh.com or call us within 12 hours of placing your order at: +91 7011374696
Note:

Orders cannot be canceled or altered after 12 hours of placement.

If an order has been packed/shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return in case of non-acceptance.

For COD orders, Vastu Labh reserves the right to deny future orders if an order is refused.
Handmade Products:
For handmade products, minor variations in texture, color, and size are normal and not considered defects. Each product is crafted uniquely, adding exclusivity to every piece.

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from receipt of the product and applies only in the following cases:

Steps for Return Request:

Share two images:

One of the damaged part

One of the entire product
Send the images to contact@vastulabh.com for assessment by our Quality Assurance Team.

We will respond within 2-3 days with your Return Request Status.

If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 2-3 working days.

The product will be delivered to our warehouse within 7-10 days.

Once received, our Quality Assurance Team will inspect the item.

The refund process will begin within 2-3 days, and the amount will be credited to your bank account.
Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days after receiving the returned product.

Refunds can be issued as Store Credits, which have no expiry date and can be used anytime.

Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

COD orders will be refunded via NEFT transfer (please provide your bank details).

NEFT refunds take 5-6 days to reflect in your account.
Note: Payments made for digital products (e.g., PDF books) are non-refundable.

The product must be unused and in original condition.
Important: Vastu Labh does not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations for puja products, as they are fully energized by our expert practitioners. Once opened, their spiritual energy diminishes.
